You can create an offer for the outrent areas, and you can use the offer as a basis for possible future agreements.
The content of the offer form is similar to that of the agreement form.
You can fill out the offer form as described in section Filling out the lease agreement form.

ClickSend e-mail when sending an offer by email.
Fill out the information requidred and Click Send.
In addition to the content of the agreement form, the offer form includes a Covering note after the Lease term section. Here, you can freely type in what you like.
