The processing of the occupancy costs is performed in the Eco section of Optimaze: budgeting, finance processing, managing periods relating to the finance processing, as well as reporting.
In the financial process in Optimaze, the actual costs of objects (buildings, sites, districts, county) are allocated to the users.
The site-specific costs are imported to Optimaze either with realization files or with the budgeting tool.
In the first phase of finance processing in Optimaze, the site-specific costs are allocated to spaces. In the second phase, they are allocated to the users of direct use spaces.
In the finance processing, the up-to-date space information for the finance processing period is used. This information is managed in the floor plans in Space section. As a result of the finance processing, the user-specific costs are determined

Optimaze talousprosessissa kohdekohtaiset kustannukset jyvitetään käyttäjille.
Kustannukset tuodaan Optimazessa kohteille joko toteumatiedostona tai budjetointityökalulla.
Optimaze talousajon ensimmäisessä vaiheessa kohteille tuodut kustannukset kohdistetaan tiloille ja toisessa vaiheessa ne jyvitetään suorakäyttötilojen käyttäjille.
Talousajossa hyödynnetään talousajon ajanjakson ajantasaista tilatietoa, jota ylläpidetään Tila-puolen pohjakuvissa. Talousajon lopputuloksena saadaan selville käyttäjäkohtaiset kustannukset.
