Adding a non-bookable workstation to a floor plan

This article describes how to add a non-bookable workstation to a floor plan.

If you have workstation bookings feature enabled, but you would like to have some of your workstations as non-bookable, continue reading these instructions.

When workstation booking feature is enabled, all capacity objects that have ‘Workstation’ as the ‘Reporting type’ and have been marked as Bookable in the floor plan will be bookable through Worksense.

1. Log in to Optimaze Portal
   

2. Go to 'Space' module
   

3. Go to 'Capacity object types' from the top navigation bar
   
   

4. Check that you have a capacity object type that has as ‘Reporting type’ ‘Workstation’. You can only change a reporting type for capacity object main type, not its subtypes.

5. Next you can add capacity objects to the floor plan/s or edit existing capacity objects in the floor plan/s.
