You can integrate Optimaze Worksense with a 3rd party booking system to help users quickly find available meeting spaces and create an ad-hoc booking.
Currently supported 3rd party systems are Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 or newer.
How it works
Optimaze Worksense reads and writes the 3rd party systems booking data through APIs. Detailed information can be found under each 3rd party system in the integration section.
As we are actively developing the software there are slight differences what features are available on the mobile application and on the web application. Below is a table explaining the differences in features and what information can be viewed in the web application and mobile application.
