Period management tool is available for users who have access rights for finance processing in Optimaze.
The periods for the finance processing are created in Period management.
The period types used are Actual, Budget, Charge and Forecast.
You can create a new period by clicking New period.
Enter required information and determine begin and end dates. Once finished, click Save.
