We will update our software on Wednesday 29.5.2024 starting at 17.00. The update will cause a temporary downtime in the service. EG Optimaze will be available again by Thursday morning 30.5.2024.
As a part of the update, we will release new features for the following software:
EG Optimaze
- Lease Management
EG Optimaze Lease – Rental Management
- Usability improvements are made on the Events tab
- In future, open transactions will be presented as calculated relative to the current date
- Open status is replaced by the following options:
- Upcoming: The alert date for an event is in the future relative to today's day, but the activity definition is not yet met
- Active: The alert date for an event is in the future or today relative to today, but the number of days that affect activity is taken into account
- Late: The alert date for an event is in the past compared to the current day
- Events can be filtered based on their status, including new computational options
New version of EG Worksense
- The number of days of activity of events can be changed by the EG Optimaze support service
- By default, events are displayed as active 13 days before the alert date
- The activity configuration can be a minimum of 0 days, in which case the event would be displayed as active only if alert date equals current day
- The colouring of event spaces will be changed to better support shades of green and yellow
- In the future, the search for the event listing will also focus on the Description column
- By default, the list of events will be arranged descending in relation to the alarm day, so that the most current events would be immediately visible to the user
