Schedules for EG Optimaze and EG Worksense maintenance breaks in 2026 will be as follows: 

• Security update for virtual machines on the second or third Saturday of the month between 12:00-16:00. The update may cause short interruptions in the use of the service.  

• Security update of server platform machines on the second or third Tuesday of the month between 18:00 and 24:00. As a rule, the update is uninterrupted.   

• The reserve day for the security update of the platform is the next day between 18:00 and 24:00. 

• Software version release window on the last Wednesday of the month, starting at 17:00 and ending no later than the next morning at 8:00. The release window is a reservation for possible software maintenance and updates. The update may cause an outage in the use of the service. However, each outage in the software version release window will be announced separately*. 

• In addition to pre-announced outages, we perform minor updates to products and the server environment that do not require downtime and also hotfix releases outside service hours.
