Interests on arrears define the penalty interest percentages that can be applied to late payments.
Opening the view
Open Administration → Computation details → Interests on arrears.
The Interests on arrears view
The view contains two lists:
- Centralized interests on arrears — rates maintained centrally by EG.
- Company’s interests on arrears — rates maintained by your own company.
Each row shows the Name, the Interest on arrears percentage and whether the rate is In use. Add a new rate with Add new.
