| Bookings dashboard requires internal bookings and/or external bookings -feature in EG Worksense. The dashboard is available for users who have access to EG Optimaze Panorama. |
The report dashboard visualizes the bookings made by EG Worksense users.
The report is divided into four pages:
The Summary page shows key and average booking figures.
The Basic info box includes the total number of capacity objects and the number of usable and not usable capacity objects.
The Bookings page shows the number of bookings by building, floor, capacity object type, date and weekday.
Average daily booking means the number of bookings made per day on average.
The Booking rates page shows the rate how capacity objects were booked by building, floor, type, date and weekday.
Booking rate is calculated by dividing number of bookings with number of bookable capacity objects.
The Data export page shows each individual booking in a table.
Export the data by clicking ... -button in the right top corner of the Booking data export table. Choose xlxs. or csv. format.
The building & floor bar graphs show the data by building as a default.
In order to view the floor data, drill down the graph by moving the mouse pointer over the graph and click the two downward arrows on the top right corner. Or click the joint downwards arrow.
