Other term adjustments update is used for updating rent adjustments of the type “other term” in bulk via Excel.
Opening the view
Open Administration → Updating the details from Excel → Other term adjustments update.
The Other term adjustments update view
The list shows the adjustments with their Agreement name, Agreement number, Agreement row name, Basic rent before the change, Amount of rent review and Time of rent adjustment.
Export the rows with Export data to an Excel file, update the values in Excel, and import the file back with Import data from an Excel file.
