Restaurant info is an add-on feature and requires 3D sensors to be installed at each restaurant.

The restaurant feature shows real-time queuing information for users. The information includes current estimated queuing time and number of people in the queue.

The feature is currently available in the web application and lobby screens.

How it works

Floor plan view

  1. Restaurant locations are shown on the floor plan with the restaurants name (space name) and current estimated queuing time
  2. Selecting a restaurant opens a side panel that shows additional information of the restaurant
The capacity object type's reporting type needs to be Restaurant. These settings can be changed in EG Optimaze Space.

List view

  1. Selecting Restaurants from the bottom navigation bar opens list view of the restaurants
  2. This is a quick way to see which restaurant has the shortest queuing time

The list view shows every restaurant. Even if the restaurant is in another building you are currently viewing.
