We will update our software on Tuesday 8.10.2024 starting at 17.00. The update will not cause any downtime in the service.
As part of the update, we are releasing new features for the following software:
EG Optimaze
- Floor plan management (Space)
- Space, finance and property management (Moment)
EG Optimaze Space – Floor plan management
In the future, it will be possible to enter a textual description for the capacity point of the floor plan browser
- The description of a capacity point can include line breaks
- The maximum length of the capacity point description is 200 characters
- The description of the capacity point can be updated for several points at once
- The description of the capacity point may also be subtitled directly on top of the capacity point
At the same time, editing capacity points in the floor plan browser becomes a little more user-friendly when multiple points are selected at a time
- If the selected capacity points contain several different values, the "Multiple values" option is displayed in place of the value in each field
- Several different values are checked when the user changes which capacity points are selected
- Capacity point data refresh updates only fields that don't have multiple values
- If necessary, the user can enter another value in place of the "Multiple values" selection, in which case it will also be saved for all selected capacity points
EG Optimaze Moment – Space, finance and property management
In the future, documents in the real estate and building register can be previewed without downloading them
- On the Documents tab, an eye icon is displayed on the left side if the attachment is in image or .pdf format
- Pressing the icon opens the file in a preview window where the user can view it
In addition, we are constantly making smaller fixes and improvements to all applications.
