We will update our software on Wednesday 27.3.2024 starting at 17.00. The update will cause a temporary downtime in the service. EG Optimaze and EG Worksense will be available again no later than Thursday morning 28.3.2024.

As part of the update, we are releasing new features for the following software:

EG Optimaze

  • Manage users and sign-in (Portal)

EG Worksense web -sovellus

  • Booking parking spaces

EG Optimaze Portal – User and login management

The platform of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, User Instructions and Notices will change to the EG Confluence environment

  • In the future, the content will not require logging in to the system
  • The content is updated to correspond to EG Finland Oy

The content of the terms of use and acceptance of the privacy statement will be updated to correspond to the current EG Finland Oy company

  • All users will have to accept updated content when logging in to the system for the first time after release

Content updates and changes are made to user communication settings

  • The content will be updated to correspond to the current EG Finland Oy company
  • The choice of user communications will be a mandatory choice in the future
  • All users will have to re-examine the communication settings when logging in to the system for the first time after the release

New version of EG Worksense

We are releasing a new version of the EG Worksense web application. The update now includes the ability to reserve parking spaces. Parking spaces are defined in the EG Optimaze Space application in capacity point management by creating a new capacity point type and defining its reporting type as "Parking space".
We are currently working on improving the user experience of the mobile app and also introducing the ability to reserve parking spaces in the mobile app. We will announce changes to the EG Worksense mobile application separately during the spring.
In addition, we are constantly making smaller fixes and improvements to all applications.
We have sent this message to the users of the EG Optimaze software who have allowed user communication and to the administrator users of EG Worksense. Questions related to the publication can be sent via the EG Optimaze support portal or by e-mail to optimaze.support@eg.fi.
