In the Rental area management view, the lease agreements are listed in the order of the real estate hierarchy.
The highest level is the district, under which are the areas and then the real estates.
The buildings are listed under the real estates, and under the buildings, various rental areas and car parks are created.
Land areas are always created either under a real estate or the area, so they appear under them in the hierarchy
