We will update our software on Wednesday 31.1.2024 starting at 17.00. The update will cause a temporary downtime in the service. EG Optimaze and EG Worksense will be available again by Thursday morning 1.2.2024 at the latest.
As part of the update, we are releasing new features for the following software:

- Space, finance and property management (Moment)
- Manage floor plan orders (Blueprint)

Minor improvements to the map interface
A "full screen" button is added to the map view of the Building Register to make the map larger.
Improved configurability of map view objects to display different object types on the map as their own layers.
- For example, the need to show a street/road section on the map with a "pin"
In the future, it will be possible to extract data tables created for integrations directly in JSON format.
- In addition to Excel export, the menu displays the JSON option, if the format of the data table allows it
EG Optimaze Blueprint – Floor plan order management
EG Optimaze is complemented by a completely new application that enables floor plan orders to be processed directly in the system. The application communicates directly with the current Space floor plan requests, while also enabling commenting between the artist and the customer within the system.
- The processing of floor plan orders will be part of EG Optimaze in the future, and third-party solutions will be completely discontinued in this regard
- In the future, the floor plan service experts (draughtsmen) will be able to see all floor plan orders sent via the Space or Moment applications in real time in their own view, which is not accessible to customers
- There are no plans to open access to floor plan order processing to customers at a later date, as the tool is intended for the supplier's internal use
- Customer users will continue to see the necessary floor plan order information through the Space and Moment applications
- The floor plan ordering service will be a complete part of EG Optimaze product development in order to offer the service even better and more transparently
- Creating and viewing floor plan orders doesn't change much in terms of their current content or functionality
- However, as an addition, comments and attachments can be added to the floor plan order directly within the system
- The system automatically sends an email to the creator of the order and additional emails about new comments or a change in the operation
- Direct comments or attachments sent by e-mail will not be forwarded to the order, but the user must handle the communication either directly within the system by commenting or, in case of a possible obstacle, by contacting the order processor directly personally
N.B! The actual customer usage will begin later in February 2024, so the features will not be rolled out immediately upon the January 2024 release.
Immediate changes in the EG Optimaze Floor Plan Order service
We will renew the floor plan ordering functionality during Q1 2024. The current implementation of the floor plan order, which is based on Atlassian JIRA and uses a separate add-on to send emails to subscribers, is a verified security vulnerability. As a result, we will limit the sending functionality of emails sent by the system until the new implementation is released during February.
For the time being, we will communicate with you directly by personal e-mail regarding separate individual requests and ask you to address your response directly to our expert. Until then, you can follow the status of your floor plan requests in Optimaze's user interfaces. More information in the February release release.
New version of EG Worksense
Optimaze Worksense is now EG Worksense. This change is reflected in an updated color scheme and a new logo for the app in the web and mobile app. In addition, the update includes:
Web application
- Improvements to the accessibility of the web application
- The meeting room panel now also displays non-bookable meeting rooms and meeting room attendance sensor information
In addition, we are constantly making smaller fixes and improvements to all applications.
