We will update our software on Wednesday 30.10.2024 starting at 17.00. The update will cause a temporary downtime in the service. EG Optimaze will be available again no later than Thursday morning 31.10.2024.
As part of the update, we are releasing new features for the following software:
EG Optimaze
- Lease Management
EG Optimaze Lease – Rental Management
- In the future, it will be possible to add attachments to a party
- Attachments are presented in a table view similar to agreement attachments on their own tab
- With party view permission, you can view and download attachments and supplement data in a table row
- A party's edit permission allows you to add and remove attachments
- The type of attachment can be limited to use by a party or agreement via the management menu
- The current types of attachments used in agreements are unrestricted and thus available to the agreement and the parties
In addition, we are constantly making smaller fixes and improvements to all applications
