Enable booking for a visitor 

When internal bookings are enabled, EG Worksense allows users to book resources to visitors.

To enable booking resources for a visitor, click Administration and Bookings. Toggle on Enable booking for a visitor and click Save. 

When turned on, all users can make bookings on behalf of their visitors. The visitor will be notified by email about the booking. 

Enable booking for a colleague 

When internal bookings are enabled, EG Worksense allows users to book resources to colleagues.

To enable booking resources for a colleague, click Administration and Bookings. Toggle on Enable booking for a colleague and click Save. 

When turned on, all users can make bookings on behalf of their colleagues.

The user who made the booking will see the it in their bookings list with the name of the colleague who it was booked for. The user can also delete it.

The colleague will be notified by email about the booking. The booking appears on their bookings list with the name of the person who booked it. The colleague can also delete the booking themself. 

Delete bookings made by other users 

Users with the Booking admin role can delete bookings made by other users. This can be useful when an employee has bookings and is not available to work. 

Simply choose a resource to see the bookings. Click Delete on the booking you want to remove and confirm by clicking Delete again.
