In connection with the update, we will release new features for the following software:
EG Optimaze
- Floor plan management (Space)

EG Optimaze Space – Floor plan management
- The floor plan browser expands with a function that enables the creation of a leased property directly from the floor plan browser
- A new button "Edit rental properties" will appear in the edit menu, for users who have the right to edit rental properties also on the Lease side
- The button opens the rental property creation form, where you can enter the most important information about the rental property
- Name
- Type
- Only the rental area or parking area can be selected through the floor plan browser
- Target rent
- The target rent can be entered as a price or as a unit price
- Rentability
- Intended use
- After saving the information, the system creates a leased property in Lease and the user is automatically directed to the status linking view of the lease or parking area
- In the Facility Linking view, the rental or parking area created by the user is already selected
- Below the menu, a separate "Open EG in Optimaze Lease" button is displayed if the user wants to open the rental property immediately in the Lease view as well
- Existing rentals can also be edited accordingly when the user switches the form creation mode to edit mode
- Editing requires you to first select the rental property you want to edit from the drop-down menu
- The edit form can be used to update the same information as in the create mode
- However, the type of leased property cannot be changed, as it is not allowed on Lease's side either
- The edit form also displays the "Open EG in Optimaze Lease" button so that the user can open the rental property directly on the Lease side as well
- When saving, the user is redirected to the status link view in the same way as when saving on the creation form
EG Optimaze Lease – Lease Management
We had to move the addition of columns and filters to the mass view of rent review notifications to the publication window on 21.1.2026 due to last-minute findings:
- New columns in the mass view of rent review notifications
- New column: Landlord
- Shows the landlord associated with the rent review
- At the same time, it also serves as a link to the landlord's view
- Also added a separate filter for this information
- New column: Tenant
- Shows the tenant associated with the rent review
- At the same time, it also serves as a link to the tenant's view
- Also shows other tenants, if there are any
- Also added a separate filter for this information
