Creating invoice material
In Optimaze system, the rent invoice data can be created based on the agreement information entered in the system.
Optimaze will generate the invoicing data based on the information in lease agreements.
When creating the invoicing data, the tenant’s information is combined with the information in the lease agreement.
Optimaze Moment is not meant to function as an invoicing tool in itself, but it uses the customer’s own financial system.
Lease management can be used to create invoicing data and transfer it to the customer’s own system via the integration tool.
Therefore, the actual invoicing is not done in Moment. Functions that are related to invoicing can be found in the main menu under Outrent / Invoice creation.
Here, you can create invoicing data related to agreements and import this data for either the following lease period or for multiple periods.
Creating invoicing data will be done with a 5-step guided function. The invoicing address and period, for example, are retrieved from the tenant's information.
Separate compensations, rent increases and other data related to payments are retrieved from the information entered in the agreement. Ready invoicing data is then transferred to the ledger module.
In addition, Optimaze will generate rent adjustment notifications. Optimaze reports the due dates, invoicing periods, rent amounts, etc.
| Note! |

The invoicing data is created based on the information in the operational agreements under outrent management in Optimaze. Once the invoicing data has been created and approved for a certain period, it cannot be created again. If you approve ivoices that should not be approved by accident, please contact Optimaze support. |
Creating actual invoices and sending them out is done in the customer's own financial system.
It is possible to export the information from Optimaze to your organization’s ledger with the integration tool.
More detailed instructions on this will be given to the person in charge of invoicing when the application is taken into use.
The integration is usually agreed upon when the application is taken into use, but it is also possible to start using them at a later date.
