The agreement’s Changes to rent tab lists the rent changes defined for the agreement with their validity details and change amounts.
Opening the view
Open the agreement and select the Changes to rent tab.
The Changes to rent view
Rent changes are created from the agreement’s Functions menu with Create rent change.
If other rent adjustment has been selected as the agreement’s rent adjustment condition, the adjustments are processed on this tab: the view shows the next rent adjustment according to the agreement and the rent before the adjustment. When the amount of the rent change is entered on the row, the adjustment is added to the list of completed rent adjustments, and the next adjustment becomes available for processing. Completed adjustments can be edited and deleted — however, if invoices have already been created for an invoicing period, the adjustments concerning that period can no longer be changed.
