Checklist
Checklist if Move 3500 wont connect to Timma
- Restart the terminal by pressing the yellow button and the dot ( . ) button at the same time for 5 seconds.
- Restart the Timma application, and if needed also the computer
- Check that the payment terminal and the computer are in the same internet connection
- Check from the payment terminal Status settings that the status is Connected
- Check that the payment terminal information is in Hallinta
- Check the Cloud API settings
3.1. How to set wifi to Move3500
- Press F1 .
- Read the merchant card.
- Select Control Panel.
- Select Terminal Settings.
- Select Connections.
- Select Wi-Fi, and Enable.
- Scan the network and select an available network.
- Enter the password using the up/down buttons on the terminal
(use F1 and F4 for page navigation).
- Select OK (green key) .
CHECK THIS ONE
- Swipe the merchant card
- Press 6-1-2
- Choose WIFI
- Press red button twice or until the terminal says ‘use card’
Without using the merchant card first, follow the instructions below:
- Press Arrow down
- Choose WIFI settings
- Merchant card
- Scan network
- Find and choose correct network
- Insert password
- Green button
- Swipe the merchant card
- Press 6-1-3
- Ecr: Yes
- Comm Type: IP ethernet (or IP wifi if it does not work!)
- ECR IP-adress: 212.226.157.243
- ECR/TLS: Yes
- ECR IP PORT: 6001
- Restart terminal
- Use the merchant card and press 1 - 1
5.1. How to add the payment terminal information in Hallinta
The terminal ID (BAX-TID) can be found on the receipt of the payment terminal. The terminal code can be found on the line that starts with the word BAX: and the terminal code is the first series of numbers immediately before the hyphen.

Or you can ask the customer to do this on the payment terminal:
- Swipe the merchant card
- Press number 6
- Press number 1
- Press number 1
The terminal ID of the payment terminal can be found in the first view of the menu that opens immediately
- Go to Hallinta > Settings > NetsID (BAX-TID-OperID) > save
6.1 Check the Cloud API settings
- Choose ‘enable Nets cloud API’
The Nets cloud API can take a few moments before it works so if it doesn't , just wait a few minutes or so and try again!

Go to Timma Pro > More > Payment terminal > Check that the payment terminal info is there
If the signal strength scale or antenna is not visible at all on the payment terminal even after rebooting the payment terminal, contact your internet service provider or call Nets' customer service where troubleshooting can be continued for the terminal. FIN p. +358 9 69 641
