This article describes how you can add organizations to a space management floor plan in Optimaze Space.


Instructions

You must have Organization hierarchy admin role in Optimaze Portal.

Before adding organizations to a floor plan, make sure you have added an organization hierarchy. Check the instructions here.

1. Go to Optimaze Space and select a space management floor plan (you recognize a space management floor plan is without a ‘Lean’ sign)








2. Click ‘Edit' and select 'Space data…

3. Select ‘Organization level 6’ from the drop-down menu

4. Select Organization from the drop-down menu

5. Select a space from the floor plan, where you would like to assign the organization to and click ‘Save

6. If you want to see which spaces have been colored, switch on ‘Space coloring’ and ‘Organization level 6

7. The Space legend will show the organization level 6 coloring
