The software calculates the value of the lease agreement for the current date in the field Total rent in the agreement today.
In the calculation, matters affecting the rent amount (scaling, turnover, options, etc.) will be considered.
If the agreement is not operational on the current date, the rent amount will not be visible here
Sopimuksen kokonaisvuokra tänään -kohtaan ohjelma laskee vuokrasopimuksen kuluvan päivän arvon,
siinä otetaan huomioon kaikki vuokran suuruuteen vaikuttavat tekijät (porrastus, liikevaihto, optiot jne..).
Mikäli sopimus ei ole kuluvana päivän voimassa, ei tässä kohtaa vuokran määrää näytetä.
