The net rent is the total rent of the objects of lease (rental areas, car parks, land areas) plus any additional rents.
Rent will be charged in full also for the first month, even if the agreement is not valid for the whole month.
If the agreement comes into force in the middle of the month and you want to invoice half of the monthly rent, for example, apply Rent scaling.
If the agreement ends in the middle of the month, you must make a credit note.
