The Other rent adjustment tab shows the next rent adjustment according to the agreement and the rent in the agreement before the adjustment.
After the user has entered the amount of change in the rent on the line, rent adjustment is added to the Made rent adjustments table below.
After this, the user should process the Other rent adjustment under the agreement.
Made rent adjustments can be edited and deleted with the Edit selection.
However, if invoicing data has already been created for an invoicing period, rent adjustments for said invoicing period can no longer be changed.
