The actual invoicing data for the agreement is gathered under Invoicing information tab.

Details on a possible maintenance charge are separately listed under the invoicing information.

Changes to the maintenance charge will be added, if the amount of the maintenance charge is changed.

The change will become effective from a certain or selected period onward.

In the actual maintenance charges, actual costs are recorded.

At the same time, an adjustment is calculated between the maintenance charge and the actual costs.

The adjustment will be added to the next invoice as an ‘additional cost’ or a compensation.
