You can set separate compensations in the agreement.
Add the separate compensation that you wish to add to the lease agreement.
Select the desired separate compensation from the pull-down menu.
Fill in the information for the separate compensation. If required, you can set multiple separate compensations.
The separate compensations are displayed as a group on a separate tab in the accepted agreement.
You need to define the liability party for the separate compensation.
If the agreement is an outrent agreement and you select the lessor as the liable party, the separate compensation will not be calculated in invoicing.
On the other hand, if the agreement is an inrent agreement and you select the lessor as the liable party, the separate compensation will not be included in the inrent invoice.
