Additional details can be added to an agreement from the agreement summary page. Details include the cost center and building for cost targeting.
These details will also be added to invoicing information. In addition, it is possible to give an agreement a journal number.
Additional details need specific access rights. Please contact Optimaze support, if these fields need to be visible on the agreement.
