The validity of lease is either Until further notice or Fixed term.
Rent will be charged in full also for the first month, even if the agreement is not valid for the whole month. If the agreement comes into force in the middle of the month and you want to invoice half of the monthly rent, for example, apply rent scaling. If the agreement ends in the middle of the month, you must make a credit note.

Toistaiseksi voimassa olevalle sopimukselle irtisanomisaika voidaan määritellä joko vapaasti vuokranantajan ja vuokralaisen osalta,
tai käyttäen LHVL:n (Laki liikehuoneiston vuokrauksesta) tai AHVL:n (Laki asuinhuoneiston vuokrauksesta) mukaisia irtisanomisaikoja.
Määräaikainen vuokrasopimus
Mikäli kyseessä on määräaikainen vuokrasopimus, muista määritellä myös päättymispäivä.
